A nor'easter off the Mid-Atlantic Coast is rapidly intensifying and will bring heavy snow and strong winds to the Tri-State Area through this evening. Snowfall amounts between 8"-12" are possible with locally higher amounts. A Winter Storm Warning and a Blizzard Warning remain in effect through the overnight hours.
