The Giants arrived in Indianapolis Monday afternoon, ready to begin on-site preparations for their Super Bowl XLVI matchup against the Patriots.

The last of four team buses rolled out of the Timex Performance Center in East Rutherford, N.J., at 12:16pm ET, escorted by two New Jersey state trooper sedans.

On the last of four buses were Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning, like all the Giants, dressed for Super Bowl success in suits and ties. The team flight touched down in Indianapolis at about 2:45pm CT.

Unlike the Patriots' raucous pep rally sendoff on Sunday, the Giants' departure was much more subdued.

At the Gillette Stadium sendoff, quarterback Tom Brady told 25,000 fans to join him for a Super Bowl after-party saying, "Hopefully we'll have a lot more people at our party next week."

In contrast, there were about 25 diehard Giants fans on the other side of the locked fence about 40 yards away from the team buses. Manning waved to the fans as he got on the bus like most Giants.

There were no comments from the players.

Kickoff for Super Bowl XLVI is set for 6:30pm ET at Lucas Oil Stadium. Read more: NYPost
