MY9TV.COM - A part of New Jersey that you may not know about and it’s perfect for checking out during this holiday season.
Looking for something to do this holiday season? How about sampling some wine or trying some "mile high" apple pie. Or even picking your own Christmas tree. You can do all three during a day in northwest New Jersey.
While there is always something to do in this area, some believe that it’s a part of the state that is often overlooked. It is overlooked because for so many people, it's the summer at the shore that's the main New Jersey attraction. But in the fall, Warren County has what it takes.
Check out the "Christmas in the County Trail" along Route 519 in Belvidere. There's Four Sisters Winery with free tasting on the weekends. Down the road from there is Mackey’s Orchard. They specialize in apple pie and apple cider donuts. A short distance away, is the huge Wyckoff Tree Farm. Plenty of families make the trip. The trail attracts people from all over and is a great place to go for family fun.
