Good numbers for Governor Christie are out..
A new Rasmussen poll puts his job approval rating at 51 percent.
The poll also shows 46 percent of voters back Christie's call for a constitutional cap on property tax hikes.
And 47 percent support the governor's plan to shut down non-essential services July first if no budget is passed.
