MY9TV.com - THE 10 O'Clock News Takes On the controversial ruling that two New Jersey teenagers will have to register for life as sex offenders for what their lawyers say was just a case of horseplay.
A court says the penalty is required under Megan's Law.
One teen admitted he sat on the faces of a two 12-year-old schoolmates with his bare buttocks.
He was convicted and a second teen pled guilty to criminal sexual contact.
