RESPONSIBILITIES:Qualified candidate will work closely with Director of Finance in monthly, quarterly and year end closes, assist in preparation of quarterly forecast & annual budget, prepare and submit financial information to NewsCorp, perform financial analysis including variance explanation; ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed. Thorough understanding of financial reporting; in depth knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements. General operational knowledge of financial best practices. Experience with numerous OS platforms preferred with Linux and Windows being mandatory.

Qualified applicants will also maintain library, file and purge orders and projects as necessary. May also track and order office and art supplies and evaluate and order new software, plug-ins and upgrades. Other duties as assigned.

Previous hands-on graphic design experience required. Must be acquainted with the capabilities of various software programs and plug-ins. Knowledge of newsroom terminology and processes is preferred.
