On December 17, 2011, MTV-reality and action sports-star Rob Dyrdek successfully kick-flipped the all-new 2012 Chevrolet Sonic.

Footage from his daring stunt will be featured in the "Sonic Anthem" ad, along with clips from other Sonic stunts, during the telecast of Super Bowl XLVI on February 5, 2012. A kick flip – a 360-degree rotation in mid-air – is a common stunt on a skateboard.
