Photo Exhibit To Mark 9-11 Anniversary

To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, L & L Holding Company will present here is new york @ 195 Broadway, a special memorial exhibition of more than 500 images, in the historic lobby of 195 Broadway -- the largest installation of here is new york photos in New York this week.

Drawn from the 2001 SoHo installation here is new york: a democracy of photographs, the free, highly-acclaimed exhibition – which has been viewed, in various forms, by millions of people at museums and public spaces around the world -- will be open to the public beginning Saturday, September 10 through Sunday, September 18 from 10am to 6pm daily.

here is new york @ 195 Broadway, a special loan installation from the New-York Historical Society, offers a place to reflect on the events of September 11 and the days that followed, and to remember those who lost their lives. The lobby of 195 Broadway, with its soaring 35-foot ceilings and striking Doric columns, provides visitors with a powerful space to view the images and contemplate the events that took place at the nearby site of the attacks.

Admission to here is new york @ 195 Broadway is free. Any donations received at the exhibition will benefit Tuesday’s Children, a nonprofit organization providing support and services for the children of 9/11 and others impacted by global terrorism.
