Film and Theatre Critic

Three-time Emmy winner Pat Collins is a film and theater critic for My9 News. In covering Hollywood, Broadway and the music business, Collins also profiles industry leaders, emerging talent and established artists in all areas of entertainment.

Collins has anchored and produced twenty Broadway specials. Before joining WWOR-TV, Collins was the entertainment editor and film critic for Good Morning America, The CBS Morning News and from 1972-1977, hosted the Pat Collins Show which won two Emmys on WCBS-TV.

Collins serves on the Georgetown University Library board, was a founding board member of Gilda's Club, a cancer patient center named for Gilda Radner, and served for ten years on the T. J. Martell board. She received the Outstanding Mother of the Year Award in 1991 from The National Mother's Day Committee; the Samaritan Award from the Association for Children with Learning Disabilities; The Spirit of Achievement Award from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Community Service Award from the American Jewish Committee.

Collins is the author of the book, "How to Be a Really Nice Person" and has two children.
