Public Service Announcements

My9 WWOR-TV broadcasts a variety of public service announcements for local and national organizations. Naturally, we get many more spots than it is possible to air. If you wish to submit a recorded PSA for consideration, here's what you need to know:

Format:
We consider spots provided on BETA SP only. We will not consider spots sent in any other format

Length:
We will consider PSAs in lengths of 10 and 30 seconds.

Documentation:
PSAs are aired on behalf of non-profit organizations. Please provide a letter from the sponsoring non-profit, a copy of the non-profit's IRS issued 501 (c) (3) and appropriate name, address and telephone number contact information for the non-profit. PSAs will not be considered for air without this information.

Additional Information:
We would like to have a script or story board with each PSA. This is not a requirement, but it helps the process.

We will not consider PSAs that are fundraisers or those that carry any kind of commercial or corporate identification.
