TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Hazy, hot and humid conditions
across New Jersey could give way to severe thunderstorms.
Heat advisories and an excessive heat warning remain in effect Wednesday.
Forecasters say the heat and humidity could combine to make it feel like 107
degrees, particularly in southern New Jersey.
The National Weather Service says a cold front will approach from the
northwest during the afternoon. Strong to severe thunderstorms packing heavy
rain, damaging wind and hail are possible in the afternoon and
evening.
