MY9TV.COM--Army Sgt. Norma Mojica of Newark is a member of the New Jersey Army National Guard, currently stationed at 50th BTSB, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

She is a veteran of two tours of duty in Iraq, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.

Her son, Army Sgt. Pedro J. Martinez Jr. is also a member of the New Jersey Army National Guard, with the HHC 2/113th in Riverdale, New Jersey, and served with his mother in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008-2009.
