ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say a Brooklyn, N.Y., man plunged to his death from the cliffs along New Jersey's Palisades Interstate Parkway. He's the third person to die in two months in a fall in the park overlooking the New York City skyline.

Police say 26-year-old Artem Adzhevy was seen beyond a safety barrier on Saturday night.

Englewood Cliffs Mayor Joseph Parisi Jr. tells The Record newspaper officials should examine how to prevent future accidents in the Palisades Interstate Park.
