DEPTFORD, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say a New Jersey woman tried to kill a grandmother by poisoning her with antifreeze.

Forty-three-year-old Anna Castagna of Brooklawn is held on $250,000 bail, charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office says 88-year-old Mary Groatman is Castagna's grandmother by marriage. She was living at a rehabilitation center in Deptford when authorities say Castagna gave her antifreeze on Sunday.

Groatman is on life-support and in critical condition.
