New York City police are looking for a suspect who robs people in the Bronx while threatening them with a hypodermic needle.
New York City police are looking for a suspect who robs people in the Bronx while threatening them with a hypodermic needle. Police say the latest incident occurred on Tuesday.

The NYPD is searching for suspect who continues to use a hypodermic needle to threaten people in the Bronx.
Police say the suspect last robbery happened on Friday, September 14 at East Tremont and Simpson Avenue in the West Farms section. The suspect has struck at least eight times since August 16 and in all three incidents, he has approached his male victims and demanded cash and property.
None of the victims were injured in the robberies.
Police say the suspect is Hispanic, around 40 years old, 5' 6" tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black leather Yankee cap, black hooded sweatshirt, black t-shirt with blue lettering, gray jeans, black sneakers.
Police ask anyone with information regarding the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Police say a Bronx man was killed when he was struck by a car early Sunday morning. 27-year-old Kevin Bell of the Bronx was found by police lying on East 233rd Street in the Woodlawn section with trauma to his body around 3:30 a.m. EMS arrived to the scene and pronounced Bell dead upon arrival. Authorities have made no arrests and are still investigating.
