MIDDLETOWN, N.J.
(AP) — Authorities say at least one person has been killed and four
others were injured in a two-car crash in central New Jersey.
The
accident occurred around 10 a.m. Sunday on Laurel Avenue in Middletown,
near its border with Holmdel Township. Authorities in the two Monmouth
County communities say the victims include adults and children, but
further details were not immediately available.
The cause of the accident was not known.
The roadway remained closed early Sunday afternoon, but no major travel delays were being reported.
