PARAMUS, N.J. (AP) — Homicide charges have been filed in Pennsylvania against a man accused of striking and killing a New Jersey woman in July as she jogged along a road in Pennsylvania during a vacation.
Philip Cise of Dover faces two felony homicide charges and additional charges in the death of 20-year-old Gabrielle Reuveni of Paramus.
Reuveni was struck and killed while running along a road in Palmyra Township, Pa. She was a junior at Washington University in St. Louis at the time of her death. She was valedictorian of Paramus High School in 2010.
